Begin planning as soon as the host city, venue, and date are officially confirmed. For the strongest hotel selection, aim to reserve nine to twelve months before the game when inventory is available.

If ticket plans are uncertain, consider lodging with flexible cancellation terms. Between six and nine months, expect fewer choices near the venue. Inside six months, expand the search to transit-connected and outer areas.

Check deposits, cancellation deadlines, minimum stays, parking costs, early departure penalties, guest-name rules, and maximum room occupancy.
